Prescription Re-Ordering Service
Prescription Re-Ordering Service- for the patients that are have no access or little access to the prescription re-ordering system, we are more than happy to order your prescriptions on your behalf.
Ear Wax Removal Service
Ear Wax Removal Service- As it is difficult to get ear wax removal from the surgery and on the NHS, we have catered to the public by introducing an ear wax removal service. Unlike most places, we use microsuction for a pain free, risk free and quick removal of excessive wax. Due to our high calibre equipment, we also have the ability to check the condition of the ear drum and we do it for free once the wax removal has been successfully completed.
Hypertension Service
Hypertension Service- as a pharmacy who prioritises the patients’ health, we have begun the hypertension service, which from within the pharmacy, we identify patients who are over 40 years of age and have not been diagnosed with high blood pressure. This then allows us to give the patient a free blood pressure check and if needed, a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring device.
Cryotherapy (coming soon)
Cryotherapy (coming soon)- we also offer a cryotherapy service for patients who have skin lesions. This ranges from skin tags to warts and even pigmentation. We use a specialised tool which allows us to freeze the lesion with nitrous oxide at -89°C. it is pain free and very quick.
Weight Loss Management Service (coming soon)
Weight Loss Management Service (coming soon)- our weight loss management service gives the patient a chance to have face to face consultations with our pharmacists and trained prescribers where needed, and to obtain the appropriate weight loss injection.
Contraception Service (coming soon)
Contraception Service (coming soon)- this service is suited to those who need advice or an emergency supply of contraceptives. Our pharmacists will have a consultation with the patients resulting in a shared decision if a supply of contraceptives will be supplied or not.
Pharmacy First Service
Pharmacy First Service- pharmacies now have the permission to diagnose and treat certain conditions within the pharmacy. Without hesitation, we started the service as it allows the patients to come to us with problems rather than waiting for an appointment at a busy surgery. The conditions we can treat, if the criteria are met, are: ear infections, infected insect bites, sinusitis, acute sore throat, shingles, impetigo and UTI.
Smoking Cessation
Smoking Cessation- we offer a service to aid patients who smoke to rid their addiction and help them maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Delivery Service
Delivery Service- we offer fast and reliable delivery of medication. Our helpful and assistive drivers are efficient and never turn away from aiding others.
